CEC’s principal employee is Ms. Christianne Castleberry.  Ms. Castleberry is licensed to practice engineering in the states of Texas and California.  Ms. Castleberry received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Davis.  

 

Ms. Castleberry has over 29 years of consulting engineering experience, providing project management, planning, and design services for public works and water resource projects throughout Northern California and Central Texas.  Her experience includes water supply planning, design of water, wastewater and reuse facilities, modeling of hydrology and hydraulics, water utility optimization and other water utility and resources issues.  She accomplishes project management roles with the ability to clearly define project scope and effectively use resources to complete projects.

 

Through the leadership and guidance of its principal, CEC intends to provide quality service though integrity, commitment, and dedication to making each project a success for the client.
